About Us
It all started when…
we rescued our first German Shepherd, Meeka. Meeka is fiercely loyal and intelligent, and she is the reason we are so in love with the breed today. Because of our love for Meeka, we decide to get a second German Shepherd, Ryker, a year later from a reputable breeder. On top of being loyal and intelligent, Ryker’s excellent temperament and health led to our love for the DDR bloodline.
A year later, we purchased a DDR male, Koba. Koba quickly drew attention everywhere we went due to his outgoing personality and long, sable coat. After testing Ryker & Koba’s hips and elbows through OFA, we had our first litter of six pups in March of 2019. We kept one puppy from this initial litter, Kai, (pictured above). In July 2019, we purchased Ryker’s full sibling, Brenna. In October 2019, we had our second litter of ten pups, and we haven’t had any litters since then.
All of the puppies bred by us were raised in our home and introduced to a variety of items before going to their homes. We believe it’s important to interact daily with puppies as they rapidly develop and exercise their startle reflex often. We’re confident all of our puppies left our home healthy, confident and with excellent temperaments! Feel free to check out the puppies from our two litters in the Puppies tab in the menu.
We had our first child, River, on November 17, 2021, and our life now is focused around her and her pack of protectors: Meeka, Ryker, Koba, Kai and Brenna. We’re no longer breeding dogs, but all of our dogs are a very big part of our lives!
